About this Hybrid Strain

The strain dubbed Tangerine derives its name from its scent and taste which resemble tangerines with hints of pineapple or mangoes buried beneath an aromatic surface. After being cured, its nuggets look like chunky peppers with thin, burnt orange pistils scattered within its flowers.

THC levels average at 18% but some crops have been reaped with up to 22%. CBD levels fall at 2% which is higher than your average strain. Effects have been described by consumers as energizing and euphoric with the occasional bouts of giggles. Some experienced a decrease in chronic pain and others enjoyed it because it diminished their social anxiety.

A dominant terpene of Tangerine includes myrcene, which has links in reducing inflammation and pain. Another is pinene, which has been associated with helping one’s focus and may have anti-inflammatory properties.
