About this Hybrid Strain
Sitting at roughly 80% sativa (and 20% indica), Sour Tangie is a cannabis plant that produces small, tightly bound petals dusted in kief across long buds. The flowers smell of a strong pungency mixed in with the bitter citrus of lemon and lime peels. When burned, Sour Tangie’s initial flavor resembles sour fruit peels followed by an aftertaste of dirt and diesel.
Lab results show its potency can reach as high as 21-22% THC.
This strain is known to bring energy with its high, so it’s a good morning or afternoon strain. It can, however, induce relaxation as well. Sour Tangie is recommended by some consumers for depression, exhaustion, stress, chronic or minor pain, though they also say it can stimulate a powerful case of the munchies, too.
Common side effects from Sour Tangie include red eyes and cottonmouth. Those sensitive to sativas may find it can cause anxiety, paranoia, or dizziness as well.
