Patients and Caregivers can now register with the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission. Once you complete this process, your next step is to visit a registered physician. This provider will evaluate if you meet the criteria for cannabis treatment and issue a written certification. You can then get your medicine at the Maryland Health and Wellness Center, where you will enjoy a one on one consultation on your first visit. Be advised that in order to avoid unnnecesary delays, you need to register as soon as possible.

LATEST UPDATE FROM THE MMCC: MMCC Patient Registry is experiencing very high volumes of applications for Medical Cannabis Registration. To be fair to all patients seeking registration, MMCC cannot expedite the processing of an application for individuals that visit MMCC in person. Our staff is happy to assist in registering a patient when needed, however, the application will be processed in the order it was received. Additional staff has been hired to address the patient registration volumes.
