Infused Fettucine Alfredo
This cheesy entrée will have everyone coming back for seconds.
A classic recipe with a not-so-classic twist. You’re going to need some CannaButter for this recipe, so be sure to have some on hand. Or, you can always replace the milk with CannaMilk instead of using CannaButter – use both for a potent dinner!
5 tablespoons CannaButter
2 cups milk (CannaMilk?)
1 cup parmesan/asiago/romano cheese mix
1 8-ounce package fettuccini pasta
2 ½ tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15/20 minutes
Infused Fettucine Alfredo Recipe
1. Boil Fettuccini
A. Boil water in large pot and begin cooking fettuccini according to package directions.
2. Whisk Together Sauce
A. Heat skillet to medium heat and melt CannaButter within it.
B. Add flour to melted butter while whisking quickly until mixture thickens/becomes slightly foamy.
C. Whisk in milk slowly and continue to whisk until sauce thickens.
D. Add cheese mixture slowly to whisked mixture while stirring, then add garlic and spices to taste. Once melted, whisk until mixed well.
*Note: Do not heat over 325 degrees as this will vaporize the cannabinoids.
3. Drain Pasta, Prep & Enjoy!
A. Drain fettucine using strainer.
B. Pour desired amount of sauce over noodles & enjoy!
