TerrAscend is a leading TSX-listed cannabis company with interests across North America, including vertically integrated operations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Michigan, and California through TerrAscend Growth Corp. and retail operations in Ohio as well as in Canada through TerrAscend Canada, Inc. (“TerrAscend”).

Founded in 2017, Jason Wild co-led a major investment with Canopy Growth, launching TerrAscend as a Canadian LP. We pivoted operations to the US in 2018, gaining a vertically integrated license in New Jersey. Over the next several years, we grew our operations through the acquisition of cultivation and manufacturing facilities and dispensaries in California, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Michigan, and New Jersey.

After acquisitions, we’ve invested heavily in our cultivation facilities to ensure a steady supply of high-quality cannabis products. We’ve also modernized our dispensaries, offering patients and consumers safe, welcoming environments staffed with knowledgeable wellness associates ready to walk through a wide range of products tailored to the needs of our customers.

We’ve quickly grown to become a prominent player in the cannabis industry, lead by talented and experienced executives, employing approximately 1200 people, with a focus on quality, innovation, and strategic expansion.
