Berkeley

The pure sativa Berkeley is an extremely potent cannabis strain. When ready for harvest, its buds are dense; dark olive and mint in color. Berkeley has been known to have a scent similar to ammonia, mixed with sweet and spicy herbs. It leaves a peppery aftertaste. 

It’s believed to have first blossomed under the care of a student pursuing a personal botany project attending Berkeley (the California University). Its parent strains remain a mystery.

The THC levels of Berkeley reach incredible heights of 24-28% on average. Its high is typical of a sativa strain, elevating cerebral activity, increasing creativity, boosting energy, causing music and art to become seemingly more pleasurable, and invoking deep-thoughts. Many artists of all kinds have taken to enjoying this strain, taking advantage of the creative effects it generates.
